On July 27, 1996, a bomb killed one and injured 111 visitors at the Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta. The act led to the media placing blame on a security guard, Richard Jewell, who was later fully exonerated.

If this happened again today, the media would once again wrongly indict, convict and sentence Richard Jewell to 88 days in hell. Not only has the media not learned a thing, it has gone backwards.

This all happened before people like Nancy Grace and Greta Van Susteren had TV shows. If this happened today, they would have led a mob to his home and lynched him in his front yard.
