Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin will sign copies of her new book, Going Rogue , in Columbus on Nov.

Having that dumb woman in Columbus is crazy. She needs to stay in Alaska with the idiots who elected her governor.

Idiotic comments are just what I expected here at the Dispatch, what I've come to expect in Columbus, a town full of liberal nut jobs who are still hanging onto the hope that their chosen one will come around and actually do something good for the country! Sarah Palin is a smart, strong woman...too bad you all are too "dumb" to see it! I for one WILL be attending her signing along with my Grand-Daughter whom adores Sarah :)

Have you listened to Sarah Palin talk? Smart people usually purport themselves better. I don't know how strong she is either, she quit on the only significant political job she ever had.

It's not just liberal nut jobs. Most conservatives are too smart to back Sarah Palin. I know a number of Republicans who are sick to their stomachs that Sarah Palin is druming up so much support from the NASCAR set.

Alaska is in much better shape than Ohio. You are the dumb one quoting tina fey but you probably think the gov healthcare option is a good thing. If you wanted a list of dumb women, go to the website of congress, Start with maxine Waters and move on down the list.

I hope you explain to your grand-daughter that Mrs. Palin believes that women should pay for their own rape-kits after being through a horrible trauma and that abstinence is the way to go for sex education. It did work well for her family. Maybe you could also explain that when Mrs.Palin didn't want to work her job anymore, she just quit. Good morals to be teaching our children :)

Whether you like Sarah Palin or not you have to concede that she made an impact on the conservatives, the media (which always tries to take a bite out of her) and her fans. So when given the opportunity to meet her in person, nearly a stones throw from my home, you can bet I'm looking forward to it! I prefer to trust my own capable assessment regarding individuals and their character and tend to withhold judgment. The latter, if not common decency, then common sense.

I don't know if Alaska's in better shape than Ohio but that's not an apples to apples comparison. Alaska is the largest state with the smallest population. There's very little in the way of infrastructure and the vast majority of the land is owned and operated by the federal government.

Alaska gets a ton of money from the oil industry and Palin did nothing to stimulate that. Oil money has been rolling into Alaska for ages. Drilling and transporting oil are facilitated by the fact that much of the land is government owned. Not the case in Ohio.

Citizens in Alaska are pretty easy to please. They don't want much. Most people move to Alaska because they want to be left alone, so they don't demand roads, schools and playgrounds.

The point is, Sarah Palin is a twit. She accomplished nothing while in office and quit before the voters could offer up a referendum on her efforts. She's stupid, mean, and ugly when you see her up close.
