J&J gets FDA warning on marketing

Is this another witch hunt? I have never heard of so many of them and wonder if they do it deliberately to hurt the drug companies?
And are they just careless in the manufacturing of the medicines?
Aren't there standards for all of this? Why aren't they enforced?
I don't think things should be put to to the public till they are sure of the facts. We need proof of whatever they are warning us of.

It sucks that I cannot access the link of the story anymore but it looks like Johnson & Johnson have been in a very sorry situation and may need to evaluate their quality control. http://www.vaginalmeshlawsuit.com
