The PA lottery has been fixed against the players since 1972. Paying 500 to 1 on a field of 1,000 numbers makes it one of the worst bets around. Suckers.

You gotta be suspect when noBette Corbett hired Ed Rendells investments he put his take from the lottery into his private bank to find a Canadian owned Brit Co. to manage the pa State lottery.

Didn't even go to an offshore account to launder the money ? Then again maybe he did but hid the scam in the dark side of computer money trades?

We were warned all the debt we owe to pay off the spending spree the government was on would bite us in the butt . All the cockeyed conservative democrats keep nodding uh huh as the debt clock ticks down like the doomsday clock . Any spending cuts made here or elsewhere only means layoffs and free money cuts . And the dems keep nodding yeh yeh Barack Hussein Obama .

Sheldon knows when to fold em. if the price is right.

He has to give them enough money for food, a car for work,a little left over for lottery tickets .

This lottery scam will keep working in the poorest welfare sections of Pa.
