Fantastic interview, and I envy the woman in the department store.. what a nice surprise it must have been for her. :)

I wonder if she has a problem with Thrush?

I loved Man From U.N.C.L.E., and the young David McCallum was one of the very few blonds I've ever had a crush on. I'm a big NCIS fan, and he's one of the reasons, old as he is.

I was there at Macy's. I was 16 and very disappointed I did not get to see "Illya" and get David McCallum's autograph that day but bought his album and took the train home to Flushing. In the years since, I have gotten two lovely notes from him that have more than made up for that disappoinement in the '60's.

Inciteful interview. Having never heard of U.N.C.L.E., it was interesting to hear McCullom's history with fame. It sounds like he has a level head on his shoulders.

The Man From U.N.C.L.E. was my favorite TV show as a young teenager. My parents beleived in the "early to bed" theory and I used to sneak out of my room after they were asleep and turn on the TV very low to watch it. I thoroughly enjoy watching David Mcallum in his latest role, and hope we keep seeing him for many years to come!

It is imperative that Robert Vaughn makes a guest apperance on NCIS.

Robert Vaughn will be added to the NCIS cast in the summer of 2013. You heard it here first.
