Perhaps the smiling "walmart exec" could better spend his time skipping a couple of dinner parties for vendors and get out and look at some of walmart's factories? If he could squeeze some actual executive work in between the social gatherings perhaps they won't burn up quite as many factory slave laborers.

Walmart should have yet another press release on the next set of "tough standards" that will "keep tragedies like this from happening ever again". That is exactly what they said the last time they got caught. I guess to a company like walmart throwing a dinner party to invite suppliers to some digital whatever is more important.
