No surprises here, the company has been completely gutted and outsourced to India, and is full of contractors... no real Aussie works there anymore, just the blonde haired blue eyed flight attendants on frontline.. even the CEO is an Irishman.
Fly Singapore Airlines instead, or Virgin.
I would not fly singapore airlines they are a rip off and have had 2 fatal crashes in there history

Qantas is the most uncomfortable airline I have ever travelled on.
They warn you about DVT, but cause the problem by packing you in like sardines.
what an ignorant statement.
Quantas, Virgin and Singapore airlines use exactly the same plane manufacturer Boeing(USA) and Airbus(EUROPE).The only difference is propably the age and model of the aircraft.
Boeing is the promblem they design the planes with not enough legroom and a lack of safety features.

Airbus has made its latest models too big for my liking so travelling in different airlines is not much difference except the languages, the culture of the flight attentants the skills of the pilots and the level of maintenance.

Hey, Thai Airlines are excellent, their aircraft may be dodgy, but the service is outstanding, and the staff are friendly and polite. No smells here.

You clearly have no clues Boeing and airbus design plane but airline set out their own configuration from how many row if seats pitch and legroom. It's not up to the manufacturer to decides
