Kodak to sell 2 imaging businesses to its UK pension for $650 mln
Bankrupt photography pioneer Eastman Kodak Co said it will sell two of its remaining imaging businesses to its UK pension fund for $650 million.

So, the profits from DI will be siphoned off to pay overpriced European pensions! Again, DI's profits will not go to improve and build DI, but to shore up a failing Pension system. This is right out of a comic book!

How would that be any different than what Kodak did with the film division : use it as a cash cow to feed their brave new world of digital products.Hopefully, the pension group will realize that they will gain more by running the film division for profit than by liquidating to recover 10 cents on the dollar.
