Debt holders in car-seat maker Lear Corp. are bracing for impact, as the firm appears headed for a collision course with a Chapter 11 bankruptcy over the next several days.

All indications by the financial experts predict that LEAR will file chapter 11.

Never FEAR LEAR? UAW 1819, Roscommon Lear to the rescue. I predict 2nd vote on new contract will pass today, June 25, 2009. If it doesn't pass there will be another vote ASAP, and another and another, until my dumb BROS & SISTERS ratify.

How long is a vote good for? 1 day? 5 days? As the ROCK would say "It doesn't matter what think!!" Detroit got their casinos by having the casino issue on every election until it passed. It didn't matter that people were against it. The politicians just kept putting on the ballot until it passed.

I already have collge credits for the AP classes i took in highschool. You probably have no idea what im talking about because AP classes didnt exist in the 50s when you were in school.
