How transportation companies can make the most of their job marketing budget.

With so much competition in the driving industry to find qualified truck drivers, most trucking companies are scrambling to hire the best truck drivers available. Although some are successful at recruiting the cream of the driver crop, many companies find themselves bogged down with a daily barrage of phone calls and resumes from under qualified applicants responding to a newspaper ad.

Everyone knows that the most traditional form of advertising available to market truck driving jobs is the Newspaper Ad. Even though independently running a newspaper ad for your company can be a good idea and is sometimes efficient, newspaper ads are usually more trouble than they’re worth.

Newspaper ads lack a screening scenario that will deter most empty inquiries. Since most companies place ads with only a broad description of the position available or skills needed for the job, many potential applicants will call or email with inquiries – using precious, costly company time answering driver applicant phone calls and responding to the driver’s emails.

Truck Driver Recruiting firms like MTS Driver Recruiters allow companies to concentrate on their customer's needs while they handle the inquiring phone calls, emails, resumes, background checks and preliminary interviews. By using truck driver placement and recruiting firms like MTS Driver Recruiters all you have to do is sit back and wait for highly qualified, screened candidates to be referred.

No phone calls from student drivers, no recruiter phone calls, no email boxes full of bad resumes. Truck Driver Recruiting firms like MTS Driver Recruiters work pro-actively to track down the most qualified truck drivers for your open positions, leaving you to do what you do best while they are hard at work doing what they do best – supplying companies with the most highly qualified truck drivers in the United States.

Come on guys stay away from that arm pit. Canada really sucks. Try even getting into Canada now - the border guards treat us like shit just so we'll stay away from Canada. It's a hole and so are the people there.
