Who is responsible for missing???

Hi everybody,

DHL parcel service was used by the US company sending from US to UK, the tracking number supplied by the US seller / sender is not recognised by the DHL system in the UK ...! According to the US seller , the date the parcel arrived in the UK was the 31st March 2011.

Please is there anybody able to answer who is responsible for a missing parcel?

According to me,

It should be analyzed by the experts of both the company.So that it can be solved easily.

I agree both the branches of DHL should communicate with each other and rectify the situation and for complaining you can mail your problem to the headquarter of DHL.
