Curious to learn how the expansion may effect U.S. exports? Furthermore, as traffic starts to divert through the canal, port congestion along the west coast will seemingly decrease. Will this competitive environment and potential for "improved service" re-attract shipping carriers and ocean liners back to a ship-rail operation?
