CHR is old guard in truck brokering. They also have, as of late, made some statements that are reprehensible. A statement that they are cleaning up as brokers fall by the wayside does not sit well with truckers. Futher, such hard headed people on the top end of the staff such as Mark Walker VP making statements to small carriers such as "our contracts and payment terms are fluff and we will do as we please" push many small carriers away from using them. One must not forget that CHR is a bottom feeder and lowballs rates to shippers. Once they burn a trucker there is no going back. CHR currently counts on a semi monopoly to boost its positipon and that is not working as reflected in the earnings fail.
Being the bully never works...Mark Allen and CHR just dont get it.
