At least the girl is being charged as an accessory. All too often, everyone else takes the fall and the perpetrator walks. If they give her immunity from prosecution for testifying against the kid with the gun, that will be a travesty. She needs to end up in jail, if for nothing else than attempted robbery or involvement in a prostitution ring. They have already said they just intended to rob him.

developed and this will undoubtedly result in poor choices. LOOK AT IT LIKE THIS YOU ALL: If she was to be white instead of black, she probably would of just had to pay a fine and be on probation for about 5 years. NO LIES ABOUT THAT. But now that it's a colored person being caught for the crime that we all don't know the real trueth yet; some one always want to make a big deal about it. every story that you read up on related to this you all follow up on them and you'll notice that the stories about the colored people are more affectively written down then the white cases. Being 18 has nothing to do with one's brain not being fully developed. I'm a 20 year old girl and at 18 I had more common sense, self-worth, and self-respect than to be posting ads online to make an extra buck. I had a JOB. She knew exactly what she was doing.

And I don't believe anything was mentioned about her specifically being of color. Had they not posted her picture, would we have known? She did something wrong. White, black, purple, or orange.
