A Massachusetts biofuel company is teaming up with a Florida business to build the state's first commercial-scale ethanol plant, and says it should be up and running by 2011.

Great project. Between this project and the UF project, Florida is poised to take the lead on cellulosic ethanol. This is a great approach because it doesnt displace food production.
