Hello everbody, I am a trainee in the Islamic Development Bank (IDB). They are looking for a knowledge coordinator who has a minimum experience of 10 years in the Knowledge management field. I was assigned by my supervisor to look for competent applicants. Here is the job qualifications and requirements for this position:
Necessary knowledge and experience to be able to do the job
•minimum of 10 years of proven experience in related activities, of which 3+ years in international instiutions, or in non-governmental organizations
•a good understanding of the internal processes of the multilateral development banks
•working knowledge and understanding of KM systems, policies, procedures and practices of Multilateral development banks

Education and certification requirements
•master's degree in KM, Economics, social sciences or related fields
•professional certificate in KM will be an advantage

job specific technical skills
•practical experience in IT applications relevant to the implementation of KM and knowledge of best practices sharing systems.
