ive been with my girl for a year and I want to her a ring with a special engraved word. However, I dont want a ring that means too much like a promise ring, wedding band, engagement ring, but I can barely tell the difference between them.
Just want a regular neutral ring.
What kind of ring is this and is it saying too much?

I think I have just the thing for you. I make and sell plain neutral rings in a few different styles that you can have a word stamped on (stamping lasts longer than engraving). They're also made of surgical stainless steel, because other metals, like copper, silver, and bronze, tends to turn your finger green, and it keeps the cost low.
Some people use them as promise rings, but they're really very versatile. I promise you she'd love it. Check out some samples on my site: http://www.everlastingrings.com/

Yep. It's a neutral ring. It's the type you can give without sending mixed messages. Go for it.
