Off-Duty Cop Shoots Alameda Youth in Oakland
Bay City News Service -An off-duty San Francisco sheriff's deputy shot and wounded a 17-year-old boy who allegedly tried to rob the deputy and his girlfriend near Lake Merritt in Oakland early today , according to Oakland police.

If the first person he robbed had the right of a concealed weapon permit maybe the next would have been avoided.
When a criminal uses a weapon while commuting a crime, he may not shoot anyone THIS TIME. But eventually he will. Treat them as if there intent is to use it and everytime one every time they use it. Then you will have gun control
