I have been with Sprint for about ten years and with no problems until about the last three years. Three years ago I got married and added my husband to my account and upgraded phones and signed a new contract in Jan 2006. Since that time our billing has never been right. They had the new minutes and still charged us also for the old plan. IT was a mess! Of course I have called and called and spent hours on the phone. They all promise to credit us and correct to no avail. IT never happened. Then in Sept 2007 we moved to a new area and our phones did not work hardly at all. We were roaming always and phones would go straight to voice mail instead of ringing, would get voicemails 5-10 days late. Again on the phone for hours. They suggested upgrading all of our phones, which we decided to get one new phone and see if that was the problem before paying for three. It did not help but later we found out that our contract renewed when we did that. Still no solution and they say we will credit for your missed calls. Well my husband needs his phone for business and can not have a phone that never works. So we had to switch carriers and Sprint said that our contract does not expire 9-15-09!!! What??? They said that the last time we called about billing errors they gave us a new contract date!! Well now we have to pay a termination fee of 200.00 per phone! We have three so that is 600.00 we are giving to Sprint. This should be illegal! I have tried to send complaint but can not even get rep to tell me where to send it to and can not get address for corporate offices. I looked on the internet and there are thousands and thousands of stories like mine. How can they get by with this?? If you have any contact information for the corporate office, please type it on this site to help! Thank you!

We had signed up for a Sprint phone contract two years ago and suffered through every minute. We purchased two types of phones, one for my husband and one for myself. When we received the phones, they worked fine. Just a few months into the contract, the phones started acting funny. You could barely hear anything through them, and my husband's phone suddenly had texting problems. We called Sprint and asked for help, and they could not have been ruder. I even called a few more times just to get a different customer service rep, but they were all very unhelpful. We swallowed our pride and continued with the contract. We always paid our bills on time, as we had our payment set up threw our bank to go out as soon as we received a bill. For two months in a row, Sprint did not cash the bank's payment checks until 20 DAYS after it was sent. Then, it was suddenly our fault that our payment was sitting on someone's desk not being applied to our account. Sprint suddenly put us on a collectors list, and we were threatened by their "finance dept" that we could only pay by phone, as they would no longer accept our banks checks?????? We couldn't believe it. I called Sprint again to try to fix the situation, and the rep actually yelled at me over the phone calling me unecessary names. I hung up on her, called back to report her, and received the same treatment from another rep. I was mortified. Our contracts expired (finally!) in Feb, and we will NEVER,NEVER go back to Sprint. I hope the company goes under........

re: Spring Story ---I was told by a Spring employee, a very reputable man, that they were told to hold off on repairs -if a spring site was vandalized and copper taken, not to replace it. They have major major problems
