It's about time - hope they keep recruiting from GD who in fact don't appreciate their own employees. Just ask anyone who works there...they've screwed them on their health benefits, have taken a days vacation from everyone that has 20yrs service, have taken away 3 of their 6 floating holidays, make them work 48hrs before 1hr of OT is payed even though they charge the gov't the 48hrs, that $$ is going in someone's pocket(s). The sad thing is, they know they can do it because most people that work there are stuck there because there is no other place like it in the berkshires....Maybe this will put a fire under their a$$e$ and they'll start treating their employees like people instead of caged animals

Woohoo is exactly right and the sub-contracting companies in there are much worse. CSC is the worst contracting firm I've ever seen.
