Yes, this is pretty common in Wipro Technologies (WT). The HRs, TMs and while recession competency technical managers force employees to resign and go. They tortured the employees in every possible way including the threat that if they don't resign, they will be charged against integrity issues or will be given a NI (Needs Improvement) in appraisal and will be thrown out.

After having 2+ years of experience in WT, I will only say that the HRs and resource managers in WT should be ashamed of themselves for being the most idiot and shit persons in the market. I doubt whether they have any kind of self-respect and 0 aptitude and by any chance can define what is resource management? PK and team must feel sorry for themselves.

Not only this, some months back a guy even comitted suicide from Electronic City Office, Bangalore. What more can we speak on this...

After working 2 years in WT, I realised that I will die but will never work with any shit HR and PM in Wipro. They were the guys with minimum skill set in industry and with absolutely no aptitude.

Wipro managers are implicated in scams, illegitimate terminations, suicides (murders), illicit sex racket, HR bribery, criminal activities. So this man encouraging these activities to grow by leaps and bounds. How is the government allowing this man to get away with this.

Sulekha Jagadish (Present Job - Program Manager)- Qual:
B Com, Working in wipro since 12 years. Being a non technical candidate she was in charge for allocating suitable resources to suitable projects. She is known to be using abusive language and interesting relationship with Gangadhariah(Sr Vice president, Testing services) and Keshava Kumar Handanahalu, now sacked by Wipro.

Anuradha Raju: Sacked from Infosys and then joined Wipro with the help of some insiders in the company. Ask any wiproite, all of them say that she is unfit for the job. Many highly skilled employees have seperated from the company- thanks to her slum dwellers language. She always use the word termination even for minor issues. known to have intimate relationship with Srinath Nittur Gopalakrishna Rao.

Keshav Kumar is not from IT background. He was a typical govt employee before he was recuited by wipro.

Ganesh halapethi is another non technical guy equipped with foul language and partisan attitude. Known to have amassed huge wealth by illegal means.

Vikram Mirani only supportive to particular community. Racist.Very abusive to south Indians. Huge wealth beyond his known sources of income.

Sanjay babu Srinivasan is fit to be a political leader. Better he joins any political party than spoiling innocent employees.
Ankur Chadha known to be fond of only money. She can go to any extent to amass money
Sreerenganathan Group head is most cunning of them all. He was involved in big fraud in the Telecom domain. Known to be having cherished relationships with his female colleagues. His name is common in police records.

I had joined this company just 7 to 8 months back and i have resigned seeing the attitude of the mangers in wipro.on the first place they dont have commonsense .Secondly they have no work.Thirdly they cling on a laptop on their shoulders and come as if they have something which is going to bring the whole world down. Most of the managers even cannot draft a mail properly.i am leaving this firm disappointed. For all the guys who want to grow in your career please do not join wipro. They are neither pay master too.All the managers act like a bunch of rowdys.
