Hire Samsung next time, the whole entire Korean peninsula is wireless. I even get satellite TV to my phone, picture in picture phone, internet, etc.

Hopefully, some small city in Pennsylvania will work with a worldclass university and worldclass provider and set this up. Productivity will go through the roof.

Possible all of State College or all of Bethlehem could be good models to show that you can have an entire city wifi, just as the Koreans and Japan do.
