yep...And apparently they need to purchase Elk Creeks abilities at Accounts receivable and customer relations.
I got a phone call and a invoice stating that I had not paid my bill. After waiting for a snooty chic called Megan to investigate the obvious, I was told that I didn't owe for June...only July...No apologies no nothing....Idiots!
I will be checking into the Cable Company shortly.

They do have terrible customer service, the same Megan was horrible to me and they charge for everything they do or i should say dont do and the wait to get service is days to a week now as opposed to the same day as with Elk Creek INternet. Just try getting them to return your calls and no one in the office knows anything. I used to recommend Elk Creek Internet but i wouldnt recommend this place to my dogs.

elk creek internet sucked. their high speed was like slow motion. i hated it and now i am with at&t now and love it. really fast too. wonder if they will ever come and get their equipment?
