The Taliban were in Afghanistan and the Iranians were fighting with them before 9/11. They were one of the first nations to help us in the war in Afghanistan. Fifteen of the attackers were Saudis, funded by Saudi Royal family members, et al. UAE also helped them with their efforts, they vacationed there and funneled the money they were getting through their banks. My guess on who was behind 9/11 would be Mossad, acting as a "Trojan Horse" group, right up their ally!

And remember folks to tune in tomorrow, same time, and same place for another episode of "Political Theatre" narrated by Ghost Dog - Franklin. |

While we're busy griping about the price of oil, and the US House is passing legislation to sue OPEC (yeah, that'll fix them), why do we do nothing to help ourselves?
There is steadfast refusal to domestic drilling, domestic refinery expansion, honest exploration of proven alternatives. Folks claim to want energy independence, then do nothing to achieve it. |

On the news today, gas will be $6 by the end of the year and will climb to as high as $12 per gallon within two years, way to go "W", you're doing a "heckuvajob" for America! Guess "W" will get that "elite" society America like his family has always wanted, "Skull and Boners" win!

From your own. Gas to possibly $6 by the end of the year. It will possibly be $12 within 2 years. If all goes as you keep ranting it will. There will be a Democrat in the White House, and a Democrat held Congress. If gass reaches $12 a gallon two years after Democrats take control, are you still going to mindlessly be blaming former President Bush? I think you will because you don't possess the intelect to grasp that liberals could be at fault just as much as conservatives. It's just how the Democrat party likes their sheeple. Unquestioning, and willing to repeat the liberal agenda on command. |

The rapid rise in fuel prices has indeed had an impact on families, while the oil companies receive record high profits. For most,it would be easier to plan and budget if we had some idea when the costs would stabilize. I do want to point out something I have noticed, lubricants cost only a few pennies more than what I paid a few years ago. Despite higher gas prices and public outcry, I sure don't see people slowing down, especially when speeds over 60 mph reduce mileage. There's still the rush to get to the red light to stop, and the race to get ahead of the crowd. There's plenty of SUV's, vans, and trucks too, usually with only a driver. Those same drivers probably complain the most about their family budget, yet have the capability to make changes. The media could be responsible and offer tips for improving mileage, everything from driving habits to tune ups, proper tire pressure, and clean air filters. Nows a good time for some smart young engineers to develop technologies to further reduce our need for foreign oil. Meanwhile, I'll enjoy 40 MPG with the Corolla, nothing fancy, but a great way to get from point A to point B.

The only thing that has stabilized about oil prices is the steady and unstoppable increase in prices.

America is getting screwed by high gas prices ! The Governor of Montana said that they can make gas from coal
at $55.00 a barrel. Why are we still buying Arab oil ! Things we need for our homes (i.e. food and other necessities to live are going higher in price and no body does anything to solve this problem ? How much more of this are you going to take America ? Speak up or Suffer ! |

The Bush family and Cheney have been in bed with the Saudis for years. The fuel prices will be spiked even higher before this year is out. |

Don't care who you think President Bush is fornicating with. The fact still remains that we get the vast majority of our oil from the oil sands of CANADA. We have, as part of NAFTA, a price controlled contract with Canada. That is why Clinton and Obama were so quick to take back their renegotiate NAFTA comments from six months ago. Canada said great and we will renegotiate and sale to anyone we like. |

Bush's war in Iraq was the catalyst for the rise in gas prices, plus the deals made by Cheney with the oil companies and who knows what "W" has told the Saudis, remember when the prince came to Crawford and "W" was all kissy face with him, holding hands and fawning like a lovesike teenager. He is that way whenever you mention the Saudis, no wonder he has no influence on them. OPEC and speculative investing have caused the rise but the war gave them a "green light" to make more profits, just like daddy Bush's Iraqi ambassador gave a "green light" to Saddam to attack Kuwait, then when he did, the Saudis got upset and worried and we got the Gulf War. Bushes equal war, death, destruction, runaway/deficit spending. Yes, Bush is to blame for the economic downturn with inflation, gas over $4 per gallon, the decline of the dollar and despair/uncertainty in the American and world populations!

Don't tell my wife, but I always found the Austrailian, New Zealand, and Southern England accents kind of hot. I dated girls from two of the three places, just because I loved how they sounded. I wont go into further detail for decency reasons. |

the reason why I said it was that: the truckers are going on a convoy, since their gas prices are an astonishing approximate 9 US dollars a gallon
