This is the last week for those of us in Leamington. Bitter sweet, I am thrilled to get out of there but will miss some people I call friend.
To those of you that have felt there is no need to work and have been coming into work thinking you're at a bar, why don't you just grow up. I hope management throws your ass out if you're drinking, I don't want my safety comprimised because of someone else's stupidity !!!
This is when the union committee should back the company and then some, it's your reputation at stake !!

I should hope that the company will do what is right with the people that are drinking while at work. I for one do not want my safety compromised. And I for one would not want to jeopardize my severance. But some people have always gotten away with drinking at work.

I am so proud that someone had the balls to put in writing what a lot of us are feeling right now. You are so right, it is not a bar, a drug house or a whorehouse but that does not seem to defer some people from doing as they damn well please. I applaud you and Danille!!

I feel that this has always been the way PLASTECH - LDM -KNAPP what ever you want to call this place has been - nothing has changed - it's people like LORI and JOE D. that have no balls to speak up - people on the floor have been complaining for years - so I blame it on them - HAVE A GREAT LIFE

Is now the time to bad mouth anyone....I think not. Lori has always been fair with everyone almost to a fault and to bad mouth her is just not fair. Those that have abused her kindness should be ashamed of themselves and you know who you are. Got some bad news about that. I work at the RomII facility. We were tooling up for the r/t rocker program and guess what. The tools are gone. We were scheduled to produce 1500 pts a day and they are all gone. We have had several walk throughs and rumor has it we got sold today.
