Background Check Question

I'm in the final process of being hired and a third party company is doing my background check. Anyway, on the form I had to fill out for the background check, I put my last salary at a company 3 years ago as 75k, which I legitimately thought it was.... Anyway, when I got home and thought about it some more (and checked my w-2), it was actually 70k. The previous company definitely does verify dates worked and last salary.
Do I tell on myself now to the verification company and supply them the accurate info? Do you think that 5k will make a huge difference?
All of my dates of employment, etc. are spot on - it's just the extra 5k...
Thanks in advance.
