Our company is holding a training event for several Indian Reservation Social Services Administration offices. A major training topic will be how to think outside the box when seeking out employers & businesses to hire the developmentally disabled or persons with special needs.
Have you ever been contacted by such an agency? For example: Job Path & UCP (United Cerebral Palsy)
If so, how was their approach? Was it done well? What could they have done better?
What pet peeves do you have about being contacted by these agencies? Is there advice that you would give them to make their efforts more successful?
