Need advice - may have been blacklisted by HR

Hi all, I need some real good advice regarding a situation gone wrong...I will try to be very honest at the risk of looking like a complete idiot
I recently interviewed with a company, got a positive result from the interview and the HR made an offer and stated that it is non negotiable.
However I did not like the offer and tried to still negotiate.. During the negotiation things got a bit heated up.. Probably my fault since this was my first time to negotiate and I think I made some stupid blunders while negotiating...
Anyhow what happened later I did not see coming since its the first time I was changing my job... I probably pissed the HR rep and they called me a couple days later and said the company does not want to pursue this offer with me any further..
Now I want to know a few thing..
How do I know if I have been black listed by the company and can no longer apply or at least expect them to call me for interview process?
How can I correct this? If at all possible.. I did send an email to HR next day after they told me they cannot pursue this offer.
Is there a time frame when this would get out of their system and I would be considered again by the company..
Really appreciate any advice on this..
