Gosh, where did I recently hear that Texas had no Recession and that we didn't need none of that federal Stimulas money. It coulddn't have been Gov. Perry. He is much smarter than that.

No Student, appartently you have not been listening, the fundio (or fundillo as you like to spell it) was the sound coming from Perry's lips moving again, with as usual, nothing coming out but Texas Bull and noise. Just like the political move to send Texas Rangers to the border (all 134 of them?), the Mexican border is Gaza, Texas secession.

Mix all those words of wisdom with Texas poverty rising, Texas being the highest health uninsured in the country, Taxes going up etc. and I guess Perry really is only representative of the fools that voted for him in the first place. If it wasn't for Federal Government money coming into the state, Texas would be a third world country, even behind the likes of Mississippi.

I'm so glad to finally be a part of a group: unemployed, uninsured Texan. I went to the job fair, I see my counselor, I take typing tests and have transportation. Maybe it's because I'm ugly, or fat, or old, or don't have relatives to get my jobs for me.

Texas doesn't need the weight of having to pay back money with harsh terms. ELP is the one with the problem. The MAIN reason ELP has such high unemployment is because the county coddles the masses. The unemployed and unemployable in ELP see welfare as a right and not a privilige. I have nephews and nieces that are 3rd generation welfare babies who tell me the government is obligated to take care of them.

Perry and republicans raid the bank to big business that should be self supporting. They have a sense of greedly arrogant entitlement to use as their personal credit card. And all 350 people out of over 800,000 population who reads the EP Times online means EP Times needs to do better to get educated readers for their polls. Who is taking the polls EP TIMES employees?

THe only way that is going to improve living standards for everyone and by raisng education, healthcare options and better employers and wages.
GOP only wants to live in luxury and not conserned with improving standards.

For Republicans, there are only two types of people. Themselves that are well cared for and have the right to control everything, and all the others that are on earth to serve the Republicans.

Daily Horoscope for December 26

Taurus

It's important that you leave yourself plenty of room to manouvres during the weeks ahead, as Mercury turns retro today, especially when it comes to making decisions and airing your opinions to the world. You need to be as flexible as possible right now, otherwise you could find that you've boxed yourself into a corner and have to do some serious back-tracking. You need to consider all points of view and not just your own.
