Considering studying HRM

I am an MBA graduate who is currently working as a Training & Development Executive in Dubai. I am planning on moving to the US in a year and want to make sure that my resume looks strong. I changed my career path from business development to HR last year and have never had any formal education in HRM.
I am considering studying HRM but I am not sure which program would look stronger on my resume.
I have found two types of programs; one offering education credit from Universities of continued education such as this one:

and the other type of program, which offers continued education credit (CEU) which can be followed by prep for PHR certification, such as this one (these are usually shorter & cheaper):

Taking into consideration that I am planning on working in the US and around the world (e.g. UK, AUS) which option do you think will be the most beneficial when trying to secure a job in the US as well as abroad? Your valuable input would be highly appreciated.
