What is the best way to perform an out of state job search.
My background is in facilities management. I've primarily managed hourly staff and supervisors.
Being that I am not in a high level management position, I'll probably not be offered any relocation package.
Therefore, how would I go about doing a job search in another state?
My destination is Georgia.
Thank you

start by search google for things like 'job in Georgia' and find all the local job boards that server that state
