Just curious how other MN employers plan to handle the deductions for same sex marriage employees. With the repeal of DOMA and MN allowing same sex marriage Aug 1, I'm not sure if I want to put everything in place to tax these section 125 benefits differently as we originally thought we'd have to. I know there hasn't been any formal IRS guidance but it seems almost a given they will get the same treatment that opposite sex couples do.

Just curious what everyone's plans are.
