We are a consulting firm that, like all consulting firms, run up against deadlines. Those times can be stressful for the Company as a whole.
We have a Project Manager that has been complaining in emails to our Client about the hours he/she works to meet the deadline.
Although, he/she has not exactly tried to throw our Company under the bus, it's gotten pretty close.
The Project Manager does not know that we are aware of the emails (all emails are sent via Company email accounts).
I'm not sure how to proceed with this matter. Has anyone had to deal with a situation like this?
