what am i doing wrong

I need some help I recently graduated from a tech school for surgical technology I have applied at several hospitals but they all tell me I need at least two years of experience any advice on how I can become employed

Hi Jess!
There are many job opportunities for you out there, you just need to explore. A lot of company now are accepting fresh graduates like you. Don't feel bad, it will just waste your time. If I were you, I will just make my resume look wonderful, search job openings on the web then apply.
But if you really want to pursue your degree, you can apply first as a volunteer in hospitals or clinics. I'm sure that would help and teach you a lot.
