Getting too personal?

Was wondering if anyone could advise me how to respond. The IT company I work for recently made some bad business decisions and has lost several large clients. As a result several employees hours have been cut from 40 hrs with benefits to 16 hrs with no benefits. They now have me scheduled from 10-2 M-T-Th-F. So of course I am looking for another job. I took off an hour early the other day for a job interview. I was honest with the boss and told them such. Today she was was asking me what jobs I was looking for and if I was looking for another full time job? Am I correct in saying that it is none of her business? She can't ask me that can she?
