Yes, Hi, See that what is happening. A lot of budgeting debates all over but the funds supposed to be used at poors communities programs are getting just vanished. Then the ones which can less afford to survive Depression-Recession-Etc. end out suffering the most from the whole spectrum. No good.

Yeah rigth, It does a crisis for anyone who have to deal with it otherwise no problem. No good.
