Come on...where are all the blacks and hispanics buying expensive homes in upscale communities now? You're creating a stagnant market. The prices are SO far down there's no excuse. Portability passed, mortgage rates are good...what, bad credit? Ruined yourselves, did you? Yeah. Thought so. They can't get into homes now that they're not GIVING financing away. Unless they rent Section 8, that is. Section 8 should NOT be allowed in upscale, expensive communities.

I feel sorry for people like you. Even with the banks GIVING money away, with your poor credit history, you couldn't move away from the trailer park. Good news for you, Fort Pierce have some houses at your level, around $25 K. You are going to love the neighbours.

Sorry, but I am one of the normal people who have a nice life because we EARNED it. NO assistance. Try it sometime. We have a great life and it's annoying that so much trash infiltrated communities that they had no business being in. There wouldn't be such an issue with unpaid association dues, from trash living in communities that they cannot afford. Stay out of areas that are meant for six figure incomes. We don't need that garbage. Once this is over, hopefully, the trash will be filtered out and life can go back to normal again. Peaceful and actually upscale without the crime and vandalism.

A RealtorŪ calling someone else uneducated?
This comes from a "profession" that requires nothing more than a GED and a weekend class?
As a whole, there is no other "profession" that requires less training and less education than Realtors. Even barbers and nail technician require more training. And, they're not suppossed to assist consumer through the most significant fiancial transation most will make in a lifetime.
The one good thing about this whole bubble is it will finally put a nail in the Realtor profession. No one will ever trust Realtors as whole again. Most consumers will start to realize that estate agents in the rest of the Western World only make 1% to 2% on transactions -- only American Realtors think they're worth 6%.
Furthermroe, Internet technology will make their work completely obsolete. Realtors will go the way of travel agents, typewriter repairment, and farriers (my apologies the comparsion to those much more noble professions).
By 2010, most Realtors will be back in food service where they belong.
Ha Ha, very funny. Boy you sure do not know what you are talking about. Weekend class for realtors is a class that you would not pass. Where in the western world do other realtors only make 1 or 2 percent? I think realtors should get 10% commission for dealing with knuckle heads like you. I would like to see you fill out a purchase and sales agreement with out violating any laws or statues. Then I would laugh once the buyer, or any buyer who later purchases your home, brings you into court. The internet will change real estate, but for the know it all seller. Once buyers are informed about the legal aspects of buying a home, more FSBO will find themselves in a court of law. ood luck to you because a client like you is not needed by a professional realtor. You are the type of person we rather not have as a client. Oh, by the way, I believe table six is still waiting for their food. You better get on it.

You can benefit from this market, I called Foreclosure Justice at www.justdontwalkaway.com and they did a mortgage modification for me that reducesd my loan amount by 372 dollars per month. My Mortgage company went along with it because my property value dropped from all the short sales. I recommend this company. Call them before you fall behind

To all you once arrogant and now sniveling homeowners who saw your properties increase in value and crowed about it to anyone who would listen, may you now rot with your worthless homes. May someone abandon the home next to you, and may the swimming pool become a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Take your local lying realtor and throw her into the smelling water while you are at it. What goes around, comes around. Cry me a river.

Oh? Who am I? Let me guess, you'd like to pretend that I'm faking it all and am actually low income trash that wants to live outside of their means. That's a typical insecure reply on the boards when someone sees that people are tired of low income garbage moving into communities that are way out of their league. You become insecure and jealous, begrudging those who have better lives than you rather than accepting that we EARNED IT.
