February home sales hit 3-year high

Mar 21, 2013 | Posted by: Mr_Bill | Full story: www.usatoday.com

Existing home sales continued to climb in February, further evidence of a continuing recovery in the housing market.

February's increase in existing home sales comes against a backdrop of rising prices and concerns about the low supply of homes for sale.

The sales rate was the highest since November 2009 when a federal tax credit was propping up home sales. January's sales rate was also revised up to 4.94 million.

Just wait for Bum-Thistle to credit Republican governors or the GOP House. LOL

Otherwise, expect Bum-Thistle to whine that (A) it's bad news (B) it's not happening fast enough (C) President Obammy is golfing too much or (D) Michele is ugly.

Bum-Thistle and his other aliases are so predictable. They're so in denial.

..... The system is a positive feedback system, meaning that good economic news produce an even better economy soon. Total spending per unit time will increase.
