We got furniture from aarons told them that we had bed bugs, and then they told us nothing we can do so then we just treated it and bough encasement's for the mattress and box spring, we currently also rent other furniture living room and dining room and. We have fallen on hard times and need to return it... well now they wont come get it even though they are responsible for what has happen with the bed bugs.. I am never late and they even came to my house took the furniture out of my house put it in their truck turned around and brought the stuff back in my house and said we cant take it .. ok well if i dont have the money and i am trying to return it and the lady at corporate called me a liar and was yelling at me... what am I to do ...I been with aarons sense 07 and they treated me awesome up till now.. funny they will take stuff from cock roach infested homes right...

i am also renting a washer /dryer unit from aarons , i have spoke with my local store and they say its not there problem, they do not have any in this store presently , i like other costumers have had to call on several other orkin/ bug prevention companies they have come in and that i do have them. but they can spray my home for a certain amount ,the bugs were not in my home till i had severeal problems with the washer , they had to switch out my washer with a loaner several times in a short peroid of time,i did not have bugs until they started doing all the in and out moving with my washer, bringing in a loaner each and every time, the bugs have come in with all the moving these items in and out ,at one point i had to wait for another customer to get their items returned so i could get a loaner washer (approx 3-5 days ), ever since this time i have had a problem with this bug problem , and did not have it before this , i wish to personally speak with a rep in this manner , thank you

My neighbor just had Aaron's furniture moved out of her home and was shocked to find little mill worms crawling around from where the couch was. Then she began noticing bed bugs crawling on herself and her 5 year old! She got it from Aaron's in Hayward, Ca.

I did the math and holy .... I went to a store, I saw, I learned, I ran! Example: t.v.
52" LCD sharp $119 + tax &service =$ 155 mo. For 24mo. All together $ 3,720 total this t.v. Was aLso used! Ok sales person was like 120 days same as cash. First off dude if I had all that kinda money I would buy a new one for a quarter of the price. How many people actually pay it off in a 120 days? Which there price for the 120 days was around $2000 . For a used t.v.? Come on ..... Do the the math and Aaron's wins every time . Corporate greed<<<

Your an idiot and you are the problem. Why the hell would you put infested furniture in a storage unit.. So everyone else in the unit can get them?do you realize that you have now put everyone else's valuables in storage at risk and your infestation will only get worse. Treat the damn furniture or burn it, but this self serving act is what's causing the bed bug epidemic. Dirty ppl like you who don't care about spreading your bugs to the next apt or storage unit. You should be ashamed n sued.

I have the same problem. I rented a living room set form Aarons and was dissatisfied with the service they provide so I has them come pickup everything. They took the television and stand but left the furniture and tables outside stating it was infested with bed bugs. I have never had them in my life and did not know what they were. The driver showed them to me on the couch. Aarons is stating I am responsible for the furniture and trying to get me to pay. I have the furniture in a storage locker because i am not putting infested furniture in my home. From everything I have read is sounds like Aarons has a bed bug problem and they should be responsible for dealing with the infested furniture and should pay for exterminating my home.$700 is the best price I have found to take care of bed bugs total of 6 treatments. I am so pissed off. Aarons wont' do anything except harass me to make a payment.

Aarons sold me a frniture set that was infested with bed bugs. The first time I got furniture through Aarons was the worst mistake of my life. I got the furniture in the last two weeks of October and was gone for a week when I came home and sat on the couch i had noticed that my arm was red and irratated I called Aarons and asked them what kind of chemicals they used on the furniture becuase I thought maybe tha was what was breaking my arm out then the same night I saw these little baby bugs crawling on the arm of the couch I called then next morning an told them something was not right with the furniture and that they needed to come and look at what I was talking about it took them two days before they came. Then the same week I was cleaning my house vaccuming my furniture like I always do and seen these nasty looking bugs I put them in a baggy and called Aarons and told them I wanted the funrniture out of my house. They informed me they would not take the furniture back becuase I infested them . I was upset and disgusted with them from that point on I have been asking them to come and remove the furniture from my property an still to this day thy have not all I get is disrespect an told it is my fault and I am the one who had them I have never had BED BUGS until I got furniture from them....... So now I am seeing all these comments about how Aarons cares the only thing they care about is getting money and selling infested junk.[/QUOTE]
THEY DID THE SAME EXACT TGING TO ME AND IM IN PA! DID U SUE?

Every one including me should send this to the CNN or ABC news and see what happened. If we can't sue we should put it out there so people stop going there to get those little nasty bugs.

It could be from any one of the 2100 store across the country. I have actually seen mattress and box springs come back in the warehose from a house so filthy a dog couldn't live there and be shipped out the next day to another customer. No cleaning of any kind performed.
Aaron's policy is that it should be cleaned and inspected before it leaves the truck BUT when these Sales / General managers are put under so much pressure to lease lease lease by a lazy ass regional manager, all procedures are off the table.
That's what I saw and I quit. It was the worst job I ever had in my entire life ! PERIOD !

What kind of people rent and/or buy furniture from a place that has low class customers? You get what you pay for. Go ahead with your lawsuits - you'll get next to nothing. Ingorance breeds stupidity and obviously bedbugs.
Wth. The only ignorant person is you! Low class customers? How dare you.
