I don't think your manager means to make you feel that way, but I think they are under so much pressure that they don't realize how their attitudes are effecting the associate's morale. Now they HAVE to be in the office at least 1 whole shift knowing the sales floor is suffering with all the product taking every square inch out there. There is never enough time or space to make it any better. I cringe every time a wheelchaired person comes through the door. Something needs to be done with all the clearance furniture or stop sending us more new furniture. It just doesn't fit out there.is anyone out there feeling a change in attitude from thier managers? In our store,it seems the associates can never do enough or do it correctly.Im feeling less appreciated as piers profits increase.
