You're an idiot, and a horrible spam-troll.
CONSISTENCY, Man!
Wow are you that thick. Let me talk slower for you. Y-O-U H-A-V-E B-E-E-N P-L-A-Y-E-D. I was lying. I know there are many causes for black tongue. Maybe you dident catch the “My brothers a Doctor “Part .With any good lawyer misdirection is a tactic that can be helpful or just muck up the waters. And you are a shining example of a common juror in America today. Because when in court you cant just go Google information. You get point and counter point (Opinions). Its a war and you my dear are a poorly armed idiot your self Thus proving my point and winning my bet with my brother the Doctor that its imposable to prove black and white fact or fiction when people let emotions rule them .So go back to your court T.V.. Its been a fun game but you FAIL. Have a nice life! And Thank you for the stake dinner Sweet Hart!:)

I'm played because I called you a spam-troll? That makes sense. But hey, whatever makes you feel better. My advice...

try some Pepto.

(See: my post is actually funny because I bring the whole thing full circle)

As they say in Vegas, "leave on a high note."

OK, I'm curious. why do you do this? do you just wander around topix looking to start conversations with people, just to see who will resond? I don't think you're really betting with anybody. I just don't see the point. Is it boredom? Do you compare notes with others for some social experiment? Are you older than 15? What's the appeal? What makes it fun?

I post on here to start arguments, mock people and sometimes talk seriously about news issues... but I usually keep things pretty dialed in, reality wise, know what I mean?

Do you just like to pretend you're someone else?

At first I figured you were probably some bat sh it crazy retiree... probably becaues your location says Florida. You just came off as really stupid and obsessed, so I thought I would sarcastically insult you just to see if you would get it.

When you start changing your message though, you lose your credibility.

so, what is it? I'd like to understand the appeal. seriously.

I will tell you my age if you tell me your. Besides I'm here to play just like you. I love to make bets on what people are willing to say and do to back up things they have no stake in. Call it hobby .Its much more fun to predict human reactions then to waste time on mindless card or computer games where there is nothing to learn. "I post on here to start arguments, mock people and sometimes talk seriously about news issues... Same for me! And as far as credibility. Who needs it this is a Blog. I figured yours out when you started one of your posts with "Ah yes... looking at my bottle of pepto right now" So you already understand. So to my next bet with my brother who btw does not even post he just likes to bet on every thing he can think of. Do you really believe that the two women were hurt and should get 50,000.00 (Black Tongue aside LoL) or was this just a game to you to.

I was serious when I said leave it to the jury. I don't think you can make those kind of assumptions based on a short news article.

I'll give you an idea on my age... kind of thought of this already when I asked you about the appeal of the troll. I spent my adolesence in the 80's, before the internet and before caller id. So what we bored kids did for fun was make prank phone calls. Much more low-tech, but hey, it amused us. My favorite was simply holding the phone in the toilet and flushing... yeah we got our kicks easy back then.

Everything old in new again, I guess.

Is your refridgerator running? Better go catch it.

"pwned" as the kids say.

Well I think we are close in age. I believe I may be a little older. I can say the members only jacket was the “It” thing in high school. I went to a privet school and lived on campus for a couple of years. One thing we did to have fun was my friends and I loved to sneak out at night and take things from our teachers who also lived there in privet homes near the school. Things like bikes, yard gnomes and even a bird bath. Then we lugged them back about a half a mile so we could put them on top of the second story roof of the boys and girls dorms(this is how I learned to climb and use ropes). The great thing was that the school was on hill with the class rooms in the back with a great view of the roof lines of the dorms and no one knew what we had done until school the next day when class started. Ok so back to the bet .You cant tell me as a fellow troll that you have no opinion or first impression based on the story. You may be right or you may be wrong. I’m just asking for opinion. Realizing that we may learn new facts tomorrow that could totally change things.

My opinion on the story was that the case survived Summary Judgment, so that means the judge thought there were enough questions as to actual fact that it should go to a jury trial.

I was interested in the story because I have a friend who works for Ecolab.

Then there was your crazy post and I thought it was so out there that I reacted to it.

that was it.

Anyone ever think Ecolab could be destroying the lives of not only its workers but the public as well? Larson/Baker and Anderson are all a bunch of greedy gangsters gaining srength off of hourly working employees, by having its materials push out of its plants and logistics warehouses to the struggling working business owners. These mom & pop stores never know all of Ecolabs bleaches are all the same stuff with diffrent labels, that may cost 15.99 for (1) pail and 32.99 for the exact same product with a diffrent label name. So don't think Ecolab is some God for Christ sake. They're not!
