I'll go to a store that doesn't need to lie to me and get me in the middle of there cooperate politics. I am very sorry for your bad experiences in ONE Linens 'n Things store. What makes America great is that you are free to shop where ever you please, however, I am sad to have to inform you that, "Virginia, your little friends are wrong." The media and/or where ever you got your information about LNT and Dyson has lied to you. LNT and it's cooperate policies hasn't lied; I don't think they have said much of anything to you. This blog is sounding like a school yard free for all. As far as cooperate policy, my understanding is, do whatever it takes to make each and every person that enters each and very store walk out happy that they walked in. That includes coupons, expired or not, LNT or BBB... take them with a smile.:) Thank you and have a nice day!

Have you ever heard of freedom of speech? Your here reading the comments and added one yourself. People are free to shop where they choose to. If you had a bad experience in one store doesn't mean all stores are the same. Remember, there are bad apples in every bunch!!!

"TRUTH" be told, Dyson OWS LNT for return-to-vendor merchandise that Dyson has refused to credit them for! Should Dyson ever HONOR what they promise as THEIR customer service, that RTV credit LITERALLY WASHES OUT the debt that LNT owes them!!!!! Take THAT and chew on the TRUTH for once! If you're going to be reporting or commenting on a subject, you should ALWAYS make sure you know BOTH sides and the TRUTH! Signed, Someone who DOES know!

If you don't like a store or their policy don't shop there. It is just that simple folks. By all means lets not Mock the LNT employees, the company is not doing well and their employees maybe without jobs. In this day and time and our economy no one should be jobless. Stop bad mouthing each other and pray. Enough said.

There was a post on here from someone who said that the LNT store they work at is not rude to customers and they take ALL coupons expired or not. The difference between BBB and LNT is that at BBB that is our culture. From the second your hired, your told that "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is our #1 priority! NO EXCEPTIONS. Nothing is more important to us than making sure the customer is HAPPY.(even the ones that are NEVER happy, no matter what you do). If LNT goes under...its because of the customer service and store cleanliness. They needed to make Customer service their top priority...not just from one store to another. It needed to be a company policy...and it never was. I'm not just saying this because I'm a BBB manager... There was a time when I was just a consumer looking for nice items for my home. I chose to work for BBB after shopping at both stores.

WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT LNT POLICIES. ONLY BECAUSE YOU HAD ONE BAD EXPERIENCE. I SHOP THERE FREQUENTLY AND THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. AS FAR AS CLEANLINESS GOES, THE STORES ARE NEVER DIRTY, ONE TIME I EVEN MENTIONED TO THE MANAGER THAT THE STORE HAD A VERY STRONG BLEACH SMELL WHICH TELLS ME THAT THEY ARE CLEANING THEIR STORES. WHO ARE YOU BBB PEOPLE KIDDING? YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT YOU NEVER HAD A BAD RECOVERY? OR A DIRTY FLOOR?

Last week there was a sale paper for LNT advertising a Regatta Bedding 8-Piece Super Set . I have been to the store 3 times including 04-30-08 and they are out of the bedding set. I tried to order on line but still no luck. What are the odds of getting one of these bedding sets and how do I go about getting it? Any suggestions appreciated since my daughter-in-law must have.

I'm suprised that "store cleanliness" is your top priority on this subject, when I was hoping to make the point of "customer service". And thats Ok. For you. Whats most important to me is "customer service". So I guess its to each his own I guess. And by the way...I've had more than 1 bad experience at LNT. Like I said, I did my shopping at both stores....Alot! I could usually find pretty much the same thing at both stores, but I found myself driving an extra 10 miles to shop at bbb...so I decided to apply for a job there. I figured if they treat their customers that good, they treat the employees just as good. I was right! UNKNOWN wrote: WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT LNT POLICIES. ONLY BECAUSE YOU HAD ONE BAD EXPERIENCE. I have worked for LNT in MI for almost 2 years now and am sorry to say that although I don't mind my job in general, I am very unsatisfied with the managment. I am unable to even begin to explain how many horrible things go on in my store including theft, lying and mistreatment. (all of which have been reported on a regular basis by multiple employees) However, it seems even the regional boss will not address the issues. I'm happy to say I have graduated from college now and will be gone from the company soon. Then it can be someone elses problem...if they don't shut the whole company down first.

In AZ it does not matter what LNT does with their coupons they are going out of business.

LNT has customer service? I've been to one near me several times and have walked out each time since there is NO customer service available. The ONLY employees I ever see in that store are ringing a register. I don't even think they know their store has several safety hazards throughout their store. It was apparent that they were going bankrupt.

I love to shop LNT not only for the great collection they have but for the price range and Buyone get one 50% off offers in addition to accepting their or BBBs coupons. The stores I visited so far they are neat and employees are helpful.
