I believe $800,000+ and other compensation that brings him up to around $5.5 million.
Not too bad for an accountant with just a BA.

Oops, sorry, you asked about his retirement package, I just gave you (see above) his annual compensation!
Not too bad of an income for a Lowes associate that doesn't even know how to mix paint.....

Guys
Sell your stock when you can. I worked for Lowe's for years before I was canned. Larry Stone was the one thing holding the pot together. He grew up with the company and he was old school. He was not a bean counter and he was tough and fair. You knew it was coming when they fired his brother last month.

I refuse to shop at Lowes anymore.

Most associates don't know anything. Not very friendly either.

Are you a good looking woman? Beware going in. From the moment you walk through the door, the dept phones start ringing and they start watching you.

Good news for shoplifters. Only 2 people per store can stop you normally. The Loss Prevention and the Store Manager. In addition, they have 7 requirements that have to be filled before they can stop you. Lowes has no balls and prosecutions are very rare. They're too afraid of getting sued.

I see many liberal comments here. Probably because Lowe's primary competitor is run by leftists that champion the homosexual agenda, while damning anything connected with Christianity.

I can't ordinarily find anyone that knows anything about anything at home depot, but there are always plenty of empty parking spots there. If Lowe's is suffering economically, should consumers expect them to do different things or should they keep doing the same things?

do you know how many stock options those guys get every year reguardless of how the company does asst managers used to get them to the reason they gave at the anual store managers meeting years ago was that they werent worth anything so why did they still get them> I was an asm and got 3 years worth of them and made over 40,000 worthless hugh.

Are you talking about Home Depot? If yes, then you just proved that you don't have a clue.

This is what Home Depot's founder Bernie Marcus said on a conference call in 2008:

"If a retailer has not gotten involved with this, if he has not spent money on this election, if he has not sent money to Norm Coleman and these other guys," Mr. Marcus said, apparently referring to Republican senators facing tough re-election fights, then those retailers "should be shot; should be thrown out of their goddamn jobs."

Your quote might be valid, but just out of date. Today, home depot is crotch deep in the culture wars and is heavily involved in the support and promotion of the homosexual agenda. Appeals to their top staff by mainstream people are met with egnorance and deaf ears. Look it up.

Oh, yes - making stuff up is the stock and trade of the criminal liberal, who will say and do anything to fulfill their agenda.

Being supportive of gays does not mean they aren't Republicans. Your original quote was to call them lefties which they are not. They are Republicans. Talk about ignorance - look into the mirror.
