I have been using Dial Soap my entire life and have been a very happy customer but I am now so disapointed at what your company has done to the size of the bar, the bars are thinner shorter and whats up with the little divit that is cut out of the center after you shower three times the bar breaks in half. Just letting you know, I am going to buy a different brand, I will miss the fresh clean smell of Dial but I'm moving on. Your Loss

I have also used Dial for many many years. It would be better and more honest to just make the bar smaller and not try to stretch it. It is obvious what you are trying to accomplish with the stretched, diveted smaller 4oz. bar. No one likes a sneak. I will purchase another product in the future.

I'm also very disappointed in the change to the shape of the bar. It's uncomfortable to use and the early breakage is quite annoying. Why not maintain the original shape but make the bar smaller, or keep the bar the original size & shape but charge a little more for it. I think you missed the mark on this one. Dial soap used to be up there alongside apple pie. I was brought up on it. After 50+ years using dial soap, I'm switching to Zest.

I agree with all. I have used Dial soap for many years, buying the large package of 12 bars at a wholesale club. But this is my last. just be honest and raise the price - don't try to pull the wool over our eyes.

The shape before was comfortable and you could put the remains of the prior bar in the indention. The shape has changed several times within the last two years, and it now impossible to do this. When you have something that works, don't mess with it. If costs are up, charge a little more.

The part you cut out makes the bar weak before you finish using it & I too am looking to purchase a new brand that doesn't break half way.

I'm now all through using Dial soap. The last bars bought have a terrible pungent odor, still contain an antibacterial agent that can be danaging to human health as well as the environment and makes my wife's skin rough. She has switched brands and I've switched to Ivoey soap which is so much less expensive, hss a plesant odor and is less dangerous.
