Grrenwod is full of crap. I know the location they want to build on. First off it is in a higly residential area. Second off it's directly off Rt 210. Anyone who live in Ft Washington or further south in Charles county knows that traffic is already a mess. I drive 210 all hours of the day and night. The Penn Gaming site at Rosecroft Raceway is also going to be a logistical nightmare again it includes Rt 210 and then a smaller road to get to that site. Traffic Trafic Traffic. This is why the MGM site at National Harbor is the best location of the 3. Easy in and out accees via 495-295 as well as 210 and 414. The site is not as close to residential neighborhoods as the other too. To me it sounds like sour grapes. I live here and know what would be best for maryland and best for business. With major hotels and a new outlet center already there it's a no brainer. Did i forget to say lots of room for parking?-
