Based on reports, hip replacements are associated with some complications especially with that all-metal hip implant. Many of its recipient filed lawsuits against its manufacturers for adverse effects they experienced which include inflammation, pain, loosening of hip implant, and metallosis. I came across this site http://www.stryker-hip-replacement-recall.com... and they have recent news and updates about hip replacement problems, you may want to visit it.

I am just glad that Loren Kransky finally gets compensated for the injuries he may have incurred from his hip implant. This may encourage those who may have had a similar experience to advance with a legal complaint. I also read from a site called the DePuy Hip Recall Information Center that another ASR-related case against J&J has just been set in motion in Chicago. Let's hope that the it would also end with a positive outcome for the plaintiff.

For the injuries that Kransky sustained as a result of using the DePuy ASR hip systems, may believed that J&J had it coming. It was only too bad that no punitive damages were awarded. This could have been a lesson to them especially with so many products from J&J that are subjects of complaints. Get updates on the lawsuits filed against DePuy by refering to DePuy Settlement Information Center.
