While that maybe so, J&J intends to appeal the monetary awards, including the $7M punitive damages awarded to the plaintiff. The jurors had the choice to award no punitive damages, but they still chose to do so. This just proves to show that the jury believes the notion that J&J, in its own way, had something to do with the injuries incurred by the plaintiff. After so many years, it is good to hear that Linda Gross has finally gotten her day in court. Reading through the accounts of the trial in mesh medical news and at http://www.vaginalmeshlawsuitcenter.us/vagina... , one may easily be convinced that indeed, J & J had a lot to answer to. I came across some posts at bladdermeshlawsuit.us/ should-i-sue/ and found a list of the possible complications that may arise from a mesh implant. Linda Gross has had 18 operations because of some of these complications. I wouldn't even wish that for my worst enemy. I'm just glad she finally gets compensated for her injuries.

This is why many patients who have suffered from transvaginal mesh complications filed transvaginal mesh lawsuits against the manufacturers of the mesh that were used in their surgeries. Mostly, the plaintiff blames the manufacturers, and not the doctors who implanted the transvaginal mesh. This page http://womenrightsandhealth.webs.com/apps/blo...
may have more info on this.

J&J should have thought of this before marketing its product. Because of this thousands of women have been seriously injured. Had they known the risks, most of these women would not have proceeded with the operation. Hear the stories of these victims by checking http://avaultameshlawsuits.com/

j&j have to repay the affect of the women because they suffer a lot.The problem blames the other because the j&j will will take the moral responsebilities but by the product only they suffer.
