The top after-market SuperValu Inc. shares climbed 10.38 percent to $2.34 in post-market trading on news that the company advisers are asking potential buyers to bid for the entire business even as several suitors have inquired about individual parts of the grocery company, Bloomberg reported citing people with knowledge of the matter.

So SV is looking for an all in deal? Good luck with that. Only people looking at that are a bunch of sharks. Looks like anyone working for SV better be ready for a rough couple months. Seems that the new leadership doesn't care if SV survives in any form they want to make the most and get out. The sharks will rip it apart piece meal, taking what they can get, anything not selling fast enough will be put into liquidation or bankruptcy. This is going to be the big grocery news story for the year.
