Safeway to spend $4 million to repair refrigerant leaks
Safeway agreed to pay a $600,000 fine as well as repair refrigeration equipment at 659 stores around the country -- the most facilities ever covered by a Clean Air Act case involving refrigerants.

How many other grocery store chains are doing the same as Safeway did? Anyhow, this ought to scare the chains to tune up their cooling facilities.......... or doctor their record keeping better.
