How can Casino's be related to the black market, sorta like how a holding company works e.g. let's say you need arms for a cartel in a jungle for a meth operation. Pretty easy, slapping down cash and building up equity in the holding system allows black market business to flow. Cash is moved relatively easily and pops up where needed. Transactions can not be traced and accounts are unidentifiable. These guys are smart too...very much doubt you will ever catch the actual transaction per say. All transactions are masked by time or other legal attachment to evade intent of any crime.
